Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates, P.C. participates in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Peer Review Program. The purpose of a peer review is to evaluate the firm’s audit and accounting practices and to ensure that our systems and procedures are in full compliance with AICPA professional standards. This program is required to be completed by an independent evaluator every three years. We have received unmodified Peer Review reports, the highest level evaluation possible, since entering the program.

Managing Partner
Randy is a founder and the managing partner at Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates, P.C. Randy graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from Waynesburg University. He has spent the past 37 years cultivating his expertise as a CPA and has served clients in non-profit, for profit and governmental accounting & auditing. Randy is a member of the AICPA and PICPA. He has and continues to serve on the boards of directors of various local organizations including the board of directors of Community Bank, NA.
R. Carlyn Belczyk, CPA

Carlyn is a founder and partner at Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates, P.C. Carlyn graduated from University of Utah and obtained her Accounting Accreditation from California University of Pennsylvania. Carlyn has served clients with her extensive experience in non-profit and governmental accounting and auditing. She is a member of the AICPA and PICPA. She has and continues to serve on the board of directors of various local organizations including on the boards of directors of Mon Valley Hospital and Washington Financial Bank.

Sandy is a partner at Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates, P.C. Sandy graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from California University of Pennsylvania. She has served her clients for over 20 years in the non-profit and for profit accounting and auditing areas. Sandy is the leader for our employee benefit plan practice area. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, assisting clients in detecting and deterring fraud. Sandy is a member of the AICPA and PICPA. She has and continues to serve as a member and officer on the board of directors of various local organizations, including the Washington County Community Foundation.
